FMS: Asynchronous I/O operation failed

I face some problem after I install Flash Stream Server.

FMS is should working, but not. I have events logs, I found

Asynchronous I/O operation failed (Failed to attach to completion port: The parameter is incorrect. 87

The problem come from NOD32 (Anti Virus software). After remove NOD32, anythong work fine.
