จริงๆ Distro ส่วนใหญ่ก็เอา โปรแกรม FreePBX ไปใ้ช้ แต่ว่า FreePBX เองก็ทำออกมาเป็น FreePBX distro ด้วยเช่นกัน (แต่ทำไมไม่ค่อยได้รับความนิยม?)

เป็นของ Asterisk เอง ลองใช้แล้วก็ดีในระดับหนึ่ง แต่ดูเหมือน AsteriskNOW ไม่ชอบให้ยุ่งกับ OS จะทำอะไรก็ไม่ค่อยสะดวก
